Question 1

How do I book photography with Sprucely?

Accepted Answer

Photography is booked as part of a Listing Spruce — our show-ready listing cleaning. When you book, choose one of the four media options (photography, virtual tour, 3D tour, or the photo + virtual tour bundle) and we coordinate the clean and the shoot together, with photographer availability confirmed within 24 hours of booking. We don't offer standalone photography without the cleaning.

Question 2

How is scheduling handled?

Accepted Answer

The clean happens first, then the shoot — so the property is photographed at its best. After you book, we confirm photographer availability within 24 hours and align both visits with your listing timeline, including pre-photo and pre-open-house scheduling.

Question 3

What's the turnaround on photos?

Accepted Answer

Edited media is delivered after the shoot on the timeline your photographer confirms at booking — typically fast enough to keep an active listing schedule on track. If you have a hard MLS date, put it in your booking notes and we'll plan the clean and shoot around it.

Question 4

Who owns the photos and how can I use them?

Accepted Answer

Usage rights for listing media are governed by the Sprucely Photography Partner Agreement: you receive the delivered media licensed for marketing the listing — MLS, syndication sites, social, and print marketing for the property. See the agreement for the full terms.

Question 5

How much does listing photography cost?

Accepted Answer

Media pricing is tiered by property size. Professional listing photography starts at $175 when added to a Listing Spruce, with virtual tours, 3D tours, and the photo + tour bundle priced by the same size tiers — all shown upfront in the booking flow.
