Question 1

Do Sprucely cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sprucely providers arrive with their own professional cleaning supplies and equipment. If you'd prefer specific products used in your home — for allergies, surfaces, or personal preference — leave a note on your booking and your cleaner will use what you set out.

Question 2

How long does a cleaning take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the tier and the home. A Standard Spruce for a typical two- or three-bedroom home usually takes a few hours; a Deep Spruce or Move-In/Move-Out Spruce takes longer because it covers buildup, baseboards, appliance interiors, and the detail areas a routine clean skips. Your booking confirmation shows the scope you selected so there are no surprises on the day.

Question 3

Is it okay if I have pets at home?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — Gwinnett County is dog country and our cleaners work in homes with pets all the time. Just mention pets in your booking notes so your provider knows what to expect, and secure any pet that's nervous around visitors or vacuums.

Question 4

Can I set up recurring cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When you book a Standard or Deep Spruce you can choose a weekly or biweekly frequency, and recurring bookings are discounted compared to one-time visits. You can adjust or cancel your schedule from your Sprucely account.

Question 5

How much does house cleaning cost in Gwinnett County?

Accepted Answer

Sprucely cleaning starts at $119 for a Standard Spruce, with the final price based on the tier you choose and your home's bedroom and bathroom count. You see the full price online before you book — no in-home estimates and no surprise charges.
